Inspired by broken and missing typography, this project is presented as the “best” manual for becoming human. Using the language of instruction, standardization, and self-improvement, it questions social expectations around growth. As the book progresses, its typography deteriorates and its content becomes unreadable, revealing the limits of rigid systems and the importance of following one’s own consciousness instead.
该项目以字体的缺失与崩坏为灵感，被设定为一本“最佳人类使用手册”。作品借用说明、标准化与自我完善的话语方式，对成长过程中社会所施加的期待提出质疑。随着书页推进，字体逐渐崩坏、内容变得不可辨认，从而揭示出僵化系统的局限，以及追随自我意识的重要性。
